I booked two rooms since we travelled as family, i checked in late night so upon entering my room, the room was not clean, the carpets had lots of black spots and some other things which tells you it was never attended. The bathroom was not clean as well. Nevertheless, i reported the condition and requested to change the room, which was don after two nights. On the second night i requested for late check out since my flights had changed and extended my willingness to pay for the difference for at least one room, but the receptionist was not welcoming the approach and started to act as if he was checking the possibility but again said its not possible with a frown face, hence i thanked him and told him that i will check again in morning as the hotel management will be available to check with them. So next day morning i called again and requested a late check out for at least one room and i will pay for it, the receptionist passed on to me that his colleague has left him a message from yesterday night when he said it’s not possible!! So i told him that was yesterday night could you please check with your manager? Surprisingly he said it would be the same answer, so i asked him to talk to the manager, but answered immediately that his manager is busy!!! So i told him you want me to check with another hotel for few hours more?? He said sorry but i can’t help you.
I collected our luggage and headed down for check out, then i met MS. Kinley who extended a great support help
