Very good place to stay. The only complaint was with the window blackout curtain didn't roll up or down that is a minus.

Rooms were nice size. Couch was filthy and bed was hard as a rock. Check in staff was so nice and overall condition of the room was ok.

It was nice for just a quick trip. There were several items in the room that were damaged, but it was fine for what we were there for.

Nice large rooms and good shower. Attached lounge is nice but hours are shorter compared to bars in the area. Also whil there was an included breakfast, the selection was very small

The room was large, and comfortable. The window opened onto the parking lot, with no privacy blind, so we had to keep the blackout curtains closed. While there was a free breakfast, it was not very good. Did not have a chance to use the restaurant as it was closed for a conference. Parking was fairly limited. Staff was friendly.

A nice place
Older 4 star hotel Has bar and restaurant on site, very good food. Free breakfast, but after second stay I will go to Burger King in the corner lot next time for breakfast.

Our room was ok... Not as clean as it should have been. The gentleman at checkin was less than friendly. The restaurant menu was limited and did not get our take out order correct.

Could have been better.
The restaurant was closed due to an event taking place there. That was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The pool opens very late in the morning so it can’t be used until 8:30.

Stay somewhere else!!!
We picked this hotel because it had a restaurant/bar. Then the restaurant/bar was closed because they did not have enough help that night. The shower had a lot of mold and mildew on the walls. There was no remote control for our TV in our room. The smoke detector has also been removed and not replaced. For the price we paid for this room, it should have only been half of what we paid based upon the experience we had.

Enjoyed the stay went into the restaurant to eat supper there was only one person working he was cooking and being a waiter at the same time. Really sad to see people walk out because the guy wasn't there to serve them on time. Not sure the circumstance was but I felt sorry for the guy he ran his tail off.

Lots of random people walking in and out of the lobby, who were not guests..asking to use your phone, following you to your car, very concerning being along the Interstate like that with so many vagrants walking about the hotel

Had to request new towels because they were literally falling apart and stained. The floors in the common areas were always dirty. We stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. Breakfast food was never filled. If you got there at 8:30, you didn’t really get anything.

I understand the challenges of getting people to work in the hotel service industry, but at some point the management needs to step up and do what it takes so that your customers can have a clean room, clean towels, and a pleasant stay. Bad experience

Pleasant front desk. Breakfast adequate. A bit slow in the restaurant but only one server for a Fri night. Food good for bar food menu. Beds great and clean rooms. Amenities within the hotel. Didnt use the pool but would have been nice for us older people.

The cleanliness standards at this hotel were deeply disappointing. The bathroom and shower were visibly filthy, and the state of the couch and chair matched that level of uncleanliness. Moreover, I noticed significant damage to the desks, curtains, sink, and lamp shades, which detracted from the overall experience. Adding to the discomfort, the carpet felt damp throughout my stay. To put it simply, the level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, and the overall condition of the room was disheartening.
