Ventilation was not good in our room. Food was really good. Staff was also accommodating. Overall it's not a bad place to book if you get a good room with mountain view from room.

hello, thanks for your feed back ,thanks for praise for our property. actually you booked without balcony room which was centralised with heating system due to winter season. we have 4 category rooms, deluxe category have no balcony which is mention on room description. but rest of rooms ae best best balcony and mountain view.

worst possible experience with Hotels.com
Absolutely terrible place to book your stay. the pics added by hotels.com is NOT what you get in reality. On top of it hotels.com was not helpful at all in helping to resolve the matter . this is the last time i will be using their services. they have overcharged me for the room as well as we enquired with the hotel when we reached there and the room was available much cheaper than what we got from hotels.com. and they advertise it as the best deals available which is literally fraud !

Greatly situated and clean room
The hotel is situated centrally to the market and restaurants by short uphill walk of 10 minutes. The room booked was not with a view but the team moved us for the second and third nights with an adjusted rate. Staff is very friendly and the view from room with a balcony is superb. Will return.

I cannot rate this hotel high enough . The cleanliness helpful staff and above all ambience . The staff were so friendly and helpful and respected peoples time . Special thank you to manager fir making me feel so welcome . The rooms are lovely spacious clean and comfortable . 5 stars

Pros: Staff behaviour is good. Cons: 1) Delayed restaurant service. 2) Buffet breakfast was mentioned in itinerary. But buffet not provided. Asked us to order as per choice and every single ordering was taking at least 30 minutes to serve. Eventually, lost the interest. 3) Expedia MUST look into providing online options to guests when it was properly mentioned that we are 4. We were being offered a double bedded room with no balcony and windows with wall view. I had no choice but to ask for a change in room options. Hotel had claimed for Rs.3000 extra for two days which I have paid as was having none other alternatives. Could not understand why Expedia is offering the double bedded room option when it is clearly written that we are 4. 4) Expedia May kindly emphasis on professionalism. Thanks

Room with the balcony facing the main road. Very noisy and dogs barking at night. My room 201 on the second floor again with family staying with kids screaming and slamming the doors. Breakfast was all vegetarian with very limited choice and opened late as I was In Dharamshala specifically for my mediation.

Himalayan gem!!!
The views from the dining area were amazing as I am sure they are from the front rooms overlooking the Himalayas to the valley floor. The staff were king and professional and their English was adequate enough for all my wants and needs. Good people!!!

Took us long time to find the hotel. Lots of No entry roads along the path. Its situated at the very top of hill so took time to reach. Absolutely no toilet paper available in hotel. But rooms were as pictured and staff was good. Gave us choice of tea/coffee welcome drink.

Very quaint and nice hotel.
The people at the hotel are very nice and very hospitable. We very much enjoyed how great the staff is. There really are no 5 stars in dharamshala so here’s great of you want to be near the temple. That’s literally a small walk about 100 meters up hill or 100 rupee taxi ride up. The room had a gigantic beam in the center which was interesting. It made moving around pretty interesting.

Excellent location, just 5 to 10 minutes walk to Dalai Lama temple. The room was spacious and clean. Hot water for the shower runs perfectly. The staff were very helpful.

L'hôtel est à 10 minutes à pied du temple du Dalai lama. L'équipe est accueillante, professionnelle. J'ai pu dîner sur place le soir, excellents repas. J'ai pu réservé un taxi pour mon trajet vers l'aéroport 1000INR. La propreté du lit, des draps pourraient encore être amélioré. La salle de bain et toilettes étaient propres. Télé et wifi disponibles. Endroit accueillant et paisible! Merci a toute l'équipe
