well, nothing to say bad about the hotel.very nice and friendly staff. close to the airport and many more shops around. only I have noticed I made reservation 3 bed 2 rooms. I got 3 bed 1 and 2 bed 1. I don't know what happens. excellent.

I was there In October for 1 day. They up-charged me $25 for having 1 extra person. I showed them website charging $5 for the extra person. But, they made me pay $25. Room was okay, but very disappointed with the bathroom. It was gross with stain all over the bathtub and yeah, free cockroaches. Things to add, onside restaurant was a plus and good food. Will never comeback again.

Terrible hotel
The room was dirty and poorly, certainly not 3 stars and I would not give it 1 star. There was no space between beds, toilet was dirty, windows were not closing properly and mosquitoes are flying in at will. The pictures in the hotel profile is deceiving as the hotel in reality looks nothing like that.

Budget Friendly Hotel, Nice Location, Staffs were very professional with Excellent behavior. Specially Mr.Jobbar and his team did a great job! 24 hrs kitchen open which is awesome and breakfast was very good as well this is my 3 time I visit this hotel and hope I will continue more

Very convenient to the airport. Pleasant and helpful staff. Prompt shuttle service (minivan) provided to DAC (free of charge). It appears they change linen only on set days. We had a deluxe room (five o three) (very very noisy from all sides--street and the kitchen above) for two days, and on arrival, the bed was done but with dirty sheets!!. When complained it was replaced. We will not stay here owing to extreme noise and the dirty linen incident which sometimes happen in the sub-continent. Local travellers may tolerate this but not us from the west.

After Expedia site said no late check in, we contacted property, and they had a staff member meet us at the airport at 2am. Also hotel had a location at the airport that was manned. Superior service!!!

Comfortable room and nice staff
Hotel staff was very kind and nice. My room was very comfortable. It was very helpful for me to take free shuttle to the airport.

Staff is friendly and helpful but sleep was disrupted by power failure nightly for a couple of hours and standby power was supplied by a noisy diesel generator for essential services except the air conditioning. Other than this, the stay was good.

Dear Sir Thank you for your feedback. Power failures and load shedding are common in this country and we have to live with this. Yes during power failure Genarator provides power to essential services and not air conditioning. This is also a common practice here and our Genarator is not sound proof but very reliable. But this is our limitation. Power situation has significantly improved in the country Sorry for the inconvenience
