Its our duty to explain the activities that is available for the guest and this is our SOP to understand he same at the time of check- in itself so that the guest can plan/organise accordingly and explore the maximum during the tenure of stay in munnar. and please note that the activity staff is one if the precious staff of the company and he doesn't work on commission basis. We have free activities like Cooking demo, Mountain bikes, indoor Play Area,Camp fire,... But Trekking is a very personalized activity which is meant for the real explorers which we are charging per head as per the time/route/level chosen. Your concern regarding the smell of smoke in the pillows and slippery rugs is taken up seriously and will surely look into it. The Approach roads work will be started soon after the rain and will be completed in a couple of months.We will ensure that the room service menus will be there in all rooms.The Fire place could have been operated with the assistance of any of our associates if you could just made a call to the front desk . Dear Sir, Thanks for you review that are shared through this forum. It’s a fact that we don’t have Air conditioners at our Tropic Green rooms and we do have it on Moon light Bliss and suite rooms. We are situated at an altitude of 5000 ft above MSL and the temperature is pleasant and cold round the year. Its rare that the temperature in the afternoon may be a bit more on certain days on summer but still there will be natural breeze to sooth. We are a classified 5 Star hotel but stall we are charging less than hotels nearby which are not classified . Our associates are been trained in such a way that all our guests should be taken utmost care and should be happy with our services which is an example that the food that you didn’t like was changed as per request. We do have Housekeeping Policies for keeping the amenities in each guest rooms and it will be replaced or refilled as per the SOP’s. And further any special requests will be honoured with pleasure and i do apologize on behalf of my team if you had to repeat the request multiple times which had hurt you.
