Our stay was wonderful! I highly recommend this property when staying in Detroit. Staff was friendly, the room was nice, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. There is no construction, which I was worried about from previous reviews. It is conveniently located close to the ballpark and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

I'm from Metro Detroit and was gifted a weekend stay at the Book Cadillac. Upon arrival it is was difficult to find a bellman or some means to transport baggage even after I got to checkin. My room was nice and clean with a great view of the river. The next day I went to The Blvd room for breakfast and stood by door being passed by servers for 10 mins before I stop a server to assist me and my Mom. Room service food was delicious and the server was nice . It was a pleasant stay but improvements can be made with guest services

Advertised a heated pool. No heated pool. No offer of accommodation for lack of heated pool. We would never have booked this hotel had we known this ahead of time.

Thank you very much for a wonderful evening at Westin Book Cadillac Hotel! Great friendly efficient service snd welcoming reception! Our room was beautiful clean and comfortable! The facilities fabulous! We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Sullivan Restaurant and great coffee and cappuccinos from Starbucks all on the property. Great valet service with parking our car …everything was great. Thank you so much. We will be back and we have already recommended it to others!!

Thank you everyone for making mine and my wife stay beyond what I could have expected. The surprise I received with the upgraded room and redwing souvenir I was blown away, it was even better that the redwings won in such amazing fashion, but having the hotel walking distance from the stadium and even the lions stadium is such a wonderful convenience factor. The hotel is beautiful and accommodating. Their pool and fitness center is a bit underwhelming considering everything else is designed so well. Our stay was fabulous and will be back in the fall for a lions game!!

If you rich 💰 you can afford the food
Everything about the hotel was good only thing it just didn't come with the microwave nor no refrigerator put your drinks into. And the breakfast is sky high I have to want to spend a little bit over $30 on my food and the juice is $7 itself for a small bottle so I'm thinking okay y'all overpriced with your food with your breakfast it wasn't for me the hotel and everything was nice and clean but if you don't have the money for this food you might as well just grab a doggy bag and keep your bag by the radiator to get warm

Nice weekend getaway in the heart of Detroit. Unfortunately the pool was closed and we couldn’t get complimentary wifi as in most other hotels, but a nice stay overall

The BEST! I stayed here for 4 nights to watch local sports (LGRW). Clean, friendly staff, and in an amazing location. You can walk to restaurants, stadiums and shopping outlets. I am coming back again next month and I didn’t even debate where to stay. Already booked again.

Very nice place!
Our stay at the Cadillac Westin was magical. The staff was helpful and courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the second floor restaurant, pool, hot tub and gym. Everything was beautiful and inviting. Food was very good and reasonably priced. My family and I will this hotel again when we have another outing in Detroit.

Guest services to be desired.
Booked 3 executive suites for NYE. Got there at 3:30pm for check in at 4pm. My room wasn't ready until after 4:30, other 2 were fine. Guest service associate at the desk was more than helpful and was very good. After midnight, realized the room I booked for 2 adults and 2 children did not have blankets/ pillows for my kids. Called guest services from the room at 12:30AM, had to call them 3 more times and didn't get the appropriate items needed for my kids until almost 2AM. For over $500 per night in the rooms I booked, this was disappointing. Then the security guy that dropped off the blankets for my kids stated the guy that was supposed to deliver was in trouble because he stated that he delivered the items on 2 occasions which is why we had to call 3 times for them. Beautiful hotel, good service at check in and check out. Support staff for room items is bad.
