Staff was very helpful getting us checked in. We did not realize you didn't take cash to check in but we were able to purchase a gift and the rest of the stay was perfect. We will stay at the hotel again!

This hotel's best days are loooong gone. Service can make or break a hotel and the service here is atrocious. The staff does not care or pay attention to your needs. They make no efforts to make you feel welcomed or elevate the service of your stay at all and this includes the front desk staff as well as the housekeepers. It is low energy and every one there feels like they work there as part of a work punishment program. It promotes itself as a high level hotel. It is not anymore.

The room had debree all over the floor. The bathroom had some big brownish stain on the floor by the sink. The walls were dirty, the floor had freah mustard smeared on the carpet. I did not feel for the price i paid it was worth it, i will never stay there again. Plus no elevator in the parking structure, no convenient sign on how to enter the hotel from.the outside

Hotel was better than expected, in spite of the reviews. Rooms were quite and comfy with plenty of amenities. Would recommend a car/ride share service for travel to and from the property as most areas of interest are not walkable.

Hallway and room carpets were not vacuumed and were stained all over. There was a cigarette butt in the hallway when we checked in and it was still there when we checked out the next day. Room chairs were badly stained. We wouldn’t sit on them. Duvet cover had a small hole. Other than that, it was fine.

MotorCity stepped up the game when it comes to superior service! The staff, starting with the valets, to the front desk, security, and housekeeping, are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well-decorated. The food court has some great options. The deep-soak tub and walk-in shower are amazing and relaxing. Another added perk is the Starbucks coffee in the room! We will definitely be back!
