"This is the prime example of a grand hotel, Richmond style. The service is what you would expect from a five star hotel: impeccable. We especially appreciated the concierge, who took care of us when we had forgotten certain toiletry items and when shirts had to be laundered quickly. Breakfast and dinner were marvelous, although one of the hostesses could have been a bit more accommodating and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms were large and well appointed. Anyone contemplating a visit to Richmond...

"I had a great one night stay. Enjoyed the spa (needs a bit of renovation in the showers and expanded space) yet Sarah made the experience A with the massage treatment. I checked into hotel and Jay made the experience so special. She got to know me and remembered my name when I walked by to check out the next day. She made my experience so special! Food was nice in the restaurant and walked to the Palm for dinner. Highly recommend the rooms and views!"
