"We had a bit of a hiccup at check-in, as the receptionist couldn't locate our Hotels.com reservation even though I'd booked it a month prior. After some time and verification, they were able to get us a room. Later that night, we discovered the air conditioning wasn't working. While I understand the maintenance team wasn't available at that hour (around 4 pm we checked in), it would have been ideal if the AC had been checked beforehand. On a positive note, the rooms were spacious and clean, and...
