"This hotel is a good option for an overnight transfer and departure from Terminal 3. The only hassle is having to go through immigration to access the hotel which is a little inconvenient compared with the airside transit hotels. However, it’s worthwhile because the rooms are larger and facilities much better, including a pool, bar and restaurant. We had a really good restful break between flights. "

Eat early as some food tended to run out later in the service. Two cappuccinos S$34 in the lounge on ground floor is too high given competition nearby. "Love the pool area and right across was the beach. Only problem was the hot tub was really cold. When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. Also the restaurant downstairs didn’t offer much for variety for breakfast. Set menus per day and quite expensive. Staff was very friendly.
