"So pleased we discovered The Great House rather than go to one of the usual characterless hotel chains. It’s a step back in time, the House is set in its own grounds that was once a sugar plantation and well away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. "It was ok stay at the property. The owner is easy going, however, i observed some tension and confusion with a lady who identified herself as the house care taker, not infront of guests please!
