"The SJ Airport hotel is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Especially if you are there getting ready for a flight the next day. The staff are very helpful and caring. Looking for some water in the evening they gave me two bottles at the front desk. Not knowing it my wedding ring slipped off and fell to the floor. I did not notice it until the next morning. After searching our room we called to the front desk and they had found it while cleaning. We will always be grateful to the hotel staff for their help! Thanks! John"

"A little outdated"

"We stayed from 9/12/24-9/16/2024. This Resort has everything to need. I only had one problem but really not a problem but a suggestion. The club you have to be dress!! No shorts, flip flops, sandals, shorts, and no crop tops. This club is on the resort but most guess don't attend. Have hours for guess instead of catering to others. Oh, this is also music in the lobby when you can't get in the club. I love be back!!"

"One of my favorite places to stay when visiting Puerto Rico. This resort use to be called San Juan Inter-Continental and I've been a loyal member for a long time. They have great staff, the hotel is always nice and tidy. I will visiting soon in November for Somos,can't wait. "
