"I was so pleased when I entered Domus Dotti to meet Irene, the manager. She was highly communicative before my arrival and was excellent upon arrival. "This hotel should only cater to tour groups! As an individual couple we reserved a Junior suite and found ourselves in a room that was super hot room without the heat on, no AC. The bed was beyond firm with flimsy pillows. The noisy elevator next door kept us up all night. The front desk service was the worst where the guy named 'Marcos' got into a heated argument about the fact that they were all sold out and that we had the best room in the hotel!! I truly believe other people reviewing this...
