"This is truly a 5 star property. Not just the luxurious finishes and landscape but the entire staff are sincerely committed to providing exceptional service at all times. I travel the world often and must say that the service culture at Atlantis Bay is the best I’ve ever experienced on a consistent basis. The property and views are breathtaking and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I will never forget Vincenzo at breakfast going way over and beyond service standards when we were late for the breakfast. This is an absolute must stay and I’m glad we chose it over four seasons, which is rare to say, but the value is unmatched in this case. Quick few minute walk to the tram which takes you up to Taormina old town. Having the beach setting with Taormina sitting on a mountain over top of you is surreal and to jump on a convenient lift to get up and down makes this a better option than staying in the city centre. Thank you staff at Atlantis Bay for making us feel at home with a VIP touch. "

After some less stellar hotels on a trip through Italy and an extremely long travel day, arriving here felt like a miracle between beautiful rooms with incredible views, great food at Brace, and the most welcoming team onsite. checking out was hard - we did not want to leave!!"

"Beautiful property, staff, service. Everyone so friendly and welcoming. We only ate in the bar as the restaurant menus did not appeal - food and drink were good here but rather over-priced. Amazing views of the sea, coastline and mount Etna. Great to have a heated swimming pool, although it was closed until 10am so disappointed we couldn’t have a pre-breakfast swim. Very enjoyable stay overall. Thankyou to all the wonderful staff!"
