"When I called to request a child crib they took ages to find my booking switching my call from one person to another and still despite them having promised - the crib was not ready 3 hours later when we arrived. Looks like the request was never communicated to the property. The hotel management however was nice and tried their best to accommodate our request quickly. I was surprised that the ONLY parking available was a 30$ a night vallet. I did luck out on finding nearby street parking but carrying our luggae down the street was less then ideal."
