"Cleanliness is the main issue at this property. White Towels are grey, some towels look like they were used to clean the floor. Beds smell pretty bad, including bedsheets. The bathroom's curtain is full of mold, it seems they are never washed. Second complain is the elevator, there are two elevators, one is really old, and is barely used due staff recomendation. The main elevator is used by the cleaning ladies making this elevator almost impossible to use specially during the morning (cleaning...

"I really enjoy staying here when I go to Monterrey. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Any questions they will take their time to explain. The place may look sketchy outside. But it’s safe. A guard is always there 24 hours. Any place you go has it’s good and bad, don’t judge before you try it out! Will definitely stay here again! "
