We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator. The accommodation provided was having just rooms with a/c facility, no hot water, running taps with a kitchen and dining hall. No swimming pool. Had booked because this was near to the forest and not with in city area. The person accommodated in alternative property never spoke about the difference of amount refundable for all the shortfalls. "This place is a basic bungalow and for the price you can get something similar for much cheaper. In the middle of the night, a rat crawled across the floor and startled my girlfriend a lot. In the morning, we packed and I booked a hotel somewhere else at 4 am. We couldn’t stay here because we found it very dirty and not worth the price at all. It was very grimy and not even inexpensive for the location. I’d recommend staying somewhere else for the price or less. "

"In the center of lakeside, 2minute walk to the main street and the lake with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water in the room and replaced on request. Room cleaning available daily if you want. "It was a terrible experience. We didn’t have enough towels, toilet paper. The room was not done until 4.30pm after we complained. The bedsheets are old and rough to sleep in. The mats in the room are dirty. The electricity keeps cutting off. This should be rated as a three star hotel. "
