"I had booked 3 double rooms for a ski week. The receptionst (Alex) was extremley helpful and the hotel upgraded our rooms to premium. All the staff were great, Thomas even drove us to the ski lift on the first day and recommended a good ski hire shop. Breakfast was great with a large choice of hot and cold options. "The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."
