"Check in was great Kumar took great care of everyone checking in. The cleaning staff were very accommodating, providing whatever was needed. The only issue with out room was that the lighting in areas was not bright enough and ventilation in the bathroom was not good. Other than that it was a great visit."

The young lady that checked us in was on the surly side and could use some professional development on friendliness and hospitality for people of all cultures. But, the gentleman from Ghana that check me out made up for what she lacked and redeemed my experience. I would definitely stay again. "

"We miss the ping pong table! The whole feeling of the 4th floor lounge has been changed. We stay at the center to visit friends and this was a great space for the teenagers to relax together and play some games. Staff is great, hotel is great, new lounge is a drag, especially when their is no pool."
