"The pictures and description do not match the property at all. There was no indoor pool, spa, sauna or any other amenities for leisure and entertainment, despite the fact that they were all mentioned in the description. The lobby and stairs leading up to the room were extremely dirty and not maintained properly. The rooms are not soundproof. The shower door was unstable, and got stuck halfway while trying to open it. The resort did not provide soap or towels until we asked for them. And even...

"Amazing staff!! Sara, Ali and Hassan at the front desk were incredibly helpful! Food in the restaurants was delicious. Miriam served us on the 21st floor lounge and was very sweet. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again. "

"This hotel is in one of the nicest location and this wasn't the first time we use it. It is a bit aged since our last stay, but the amenities are still good and clean. Staff also are very helpful and accommodating. The only thing I did not like was a room service charge for cleaning, if what you pay for a room doesn't include bed making and a clean up, what is it for then? Mind you we only asked for toilet rolls top up not a clean up."

"The team at Midtown is excellent and always willing to assist you with anything. The property's condition is average. The only issue was the slow or unreliable internet; you had to call the front desk to reset the modem. Power cuts occurred three times a day, but they quickly started the generators. Overall, it's a good place to stay for a couple of days!"
