"Everything was perfect since we arrived. The staff were so kind going above and beyond at every step, the room had a beautiful view—it’s a bit far from the city but apparently they have a shuttle you can ask for in advance. We stayed in a room with partial seaside view but instead we got a full view! It was as pictured, with a terrace and view to ourselves. "Very nice stay. This hotel was super close to St. Mark’s Square and right ON the Grand Canal. The staff was very helpful getting me onto a boat tour of the islands. The room itself was really nice and spacious. "
