"Brown Beach House is a good option if you're looking for accommodations close to the beach. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our experience. We found the hotel in general could be cleaner, and the rooms were a little dated, despite being 'modern' in decoration. Our A/C broke the last night before we left, which could have been a problem given the 40 degree weather. "Exceptional -- greatly exceeded our expectations! Our superior room was much larger than expected. The double shower was huge, and there were 2 closets with extra storage space. They provided bottled water each day. The cappuccino maker was a nice touch. Bed was large and very comfortable, with premium bedding. Breakfast was unbelievable (and included!). "Great location and nice restaurant space. Breakfast was good. Room was a little smaller than expected but sufficient. We didn't really have any needs that weren't met though the few times we had questions there wasn't any hotel specific staff we could identify. The restaurant staff were helpful. Hotel staff were reachable and responsive via phone and text. I would stay here again. "
