"Our stay was very comfortable. All amenities however no toaster. Close to main transport shops restaurants and tourist attractions. Bathroom towels were very substandard more suitable to rag usage. Prior to our stay communication was non existent sending emails and seven phone calls were unanswered On arrival were informed phone line number had changed. Website did not reflect this. Hotels.com were not updated either with new contact phone number Was hotel under new ownership?"

"This is a lovely hotel in the perfect location. The rooms are spacious, yet comfy, and have every amenity you could need while traveling. The staff are helpful and most attractions are easily accessible by walking or local transportation. "

"Good, short stay in this hotel, located in a very quiet area of Budapest but was within walking distance of town centre. Great restaurant opposite the hotel. Staff helpful in sorting out transport to the airport and general advice in getting around the city."

"Very nice hotel with spacious room. Be aware the hotel rooms are dated but I think it’s the vibe they are going for. The area is loud so request a higher floor to stay on. Lovely staff and restaurant. "

"The only issues we had during our stay was the shower drain did not work properly and we had to turn the water off and on while we were showering and the light bulb in the bathroom kept flickering on and off. The staff were very accommodating when we asked for an extra chair. The location was terrific being within walking distance of the Oktagon and across the street from a small park and a great market. And the price was very good."
