"This place has 5 floors and one slow elevator. They put me on the 2nd floor capsule, 4th floor lockers, 5th floor spa , 1st floor shoes. A lot of work to come and go at this place from changing your cloth to getting your shoes . No signs in English glad I was there for only one night. "

One and only elevator is so small, 1/2 size of USA, we had a twin room with 3 beds and there was very little room left. No A/C due to season, all Japan hotels we’ve been to during 4/2-4/10, has no A/C, only heater. Their window opened so it helped with cooling the room. Outside temp 50s-60sF. "This property is incredibly luxurious and a short walk to Peace Memorial Park, shops, restaurants and transportation options. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and had a panoramic view. The included elaborate breakfast, also with wonderful views, was a wonderful surprise. The room was stocked with anything you could need, including skin-care products and little packaged sweets. The staff was friendly and professional. Taxis were lined up outside, making it especially easy to get back to the train station. We would stay here again and highly recommend it. "
