"First the check in staff was fine, however the room was filthy, bed was broken and sagging, I killed several small cockroaches so they werent from outside. Bathroom was full of cigarette burns and ceiling was covered with mold. They haven’t had breakfast since Covid started so why your website still says “free breakfast” as an amenity I don’t know. I realize this was an inexpensive motel but come on. Had I known I would have spent $40 more and stayed at Hampton Inn or similar. I guess you live...

"Very good value for the price. It is an older hotel but overall very well maintained. The young lady at the front desk was working when I checked in and checked out. She was very kind and professional. She maintained her professionalism while multi-tasking (greeting guests, processing check-ins, answering phone calls). I would stay at the hotel again when in the area."

"Nice hotel sitting on a 5 star property with golf course ,horseback riding and hiking. I especially liked the indoor pool ,steam room and whirl pool. The buffet breakfast and dinner were also nice. If looking for less expensive meals,the Brassy Grill serves great burgers and chicken sandwiches. 10 minutes from the Hiawassee pickleball courts."

"It is an older property but has been updated. It's a really good value so it worked perfect for me who was driving back up north. Clean room, breakfast etc.... just know it's a little older "
