"Extremely kind and attentive staff, lovely people, great location. There were a few details like the occasional missing handles on drawers and a loose electrical outlet but this did not detract from our comfort and experience given the other positive factors and yes there were complimentary cookies every night and coffee and water in the lobby. We walked everywhere. First visit to Savannah, what a beautiful city."

The only thing I would have preferred was king size pillows for the king size bed, but I find pillows are an issue in every hotel."
