Warm pool, convenient location, and perfect rental car! Lost our key for the car at sea, (don't ask how) and the owner and his wife drove 2 hours to bring us a new key for the car, had to pay for a replacement key due to our stupidity, but as to be expected and the Owner was very nice and understanding.
