"The owner was so pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately they were in the middle of replacing some plumbing so we had no water for the first hour . The room was very clean with updated sink, vanity and carpeting. Paint was peeling a bit in the bathroom. We learned that more renovations were in the works. For a quick overnight stay we had no complaints."

"My husband and I stayed here after a concert. The hotel is undergoing a remodel. The only real downside to staying here is the walls are very thin. If you're a sound sleeper, you'll be fine. Otherwise it was rough. I heard very loud drunk people and the sexual activity next door. Again, everything else was great."

"I stayed here a week and it wasn't bad. The people at the front desk are nice, the room and bed were clean, and everything works. Walls are thin and people can usually be heard walking upstairs but it's not obnoxious. Some homeless and sometimes sketchy people outside but nobody ever bothered me. Overall really can't complain, you get what you pay for."
