"Hotel is located away from the town. We came here by car. Parking is not free of charge. Recepniotist who met and cheked us in was not very polite, but all other staff were very friedly during our stay here. We liked size of the room and balkony with sea view. Bed is really comfortable. We prefer tea than coffe and we were surprised that we did not find tea bags in the room and elektric kettle. Instead of this there were only paid caffe capsules. "Not in enough promoted hotel. Excellent food (breakfast and a la card). Generally, in Bulgaria people working as waiters are not pleasant and this hotel are not exceptional. Big and clean apartments. "

"Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas."

"It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

The hotel stank of tobacco and the staff is generally quite rude and unhelpful. The location was the one positive thing about this hotel, as you can easily access shops and restaurants of Bansko."
