"Nice, clean rooms, everything you need is provided. Restaurant has good food. The water slides are just a decoration... They don't work. The front desk receptionists are kind and they do a pretty good job at customer service. The golf clubs and balls were out, but no one was on the course, so maybe they could provide more or get a better way to keep track of those. "

The concierge, Ricardo goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating, he's wonderful. "This is a special place, really lovely people take great care to cook delicious meals, keep gardens looking beautiful, and give recommendations on what to do and see. Loved the room too. Be warned you do have to walk uphill a while to get there, was tough for us as we hadn’t acclimated to the elevation. But we’ll worth it!"
