If you don't want to use public transportation or don't rent a car, don't book here. Crane Beach water is full of seaweed. If you want to swim in ocean and not the 5 pools, don't book here. "The property was great. We visited with an 11 month old baby and it was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in making sure that we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed our stay. On our last day, we forgot some items in the hotel and the staff made sure that our items reached us at the airport before our international flight. Overall, the service and care we received was phenomenal"
