"Staff welcomed us well but when they noticed that I made this reservation thru Expedia, they told me that "you made the reservation for the worst room" I couldn't understand at all how can it be possible. Room was not like pictures. Cleanliness was not good at all. I'm totally sure that you can find better places in the city centre with same or a little higher with this amount. Room equipments were missing. They re not providing towels. I guess Expedia should check this hotel "

"The hotel did not have the family room condo available when we checked in. They put us in a triple room for first night, then moved us the next day to family Room. They could not figure out how to reimburse us for the first night stay since it was a lower cost room by 100 euros. We had to pay entire price upfront or we would not be able To stay. Now I have to ask Travelocity to reimburse us. Beds were hard could not sleep, rooms were clean, breakfast was ok, staff was nice, kid loved water slide...

"Tuvaletteki çöp doluydu.Aradaki tuvalet olduğu için bakılmamış bile.Havlu yoktu.Yönlendirme tanıtım sıfır.Bodrum kattaki oda olduğu için bu odayı özellikle tavsiye etmiyorum.Aşırı derecede gürültü geliyor sabahın köründe uyanıyorsunuz.Pis koku geliyor giderlerden sanırım.Tercih ettiğim için pişman olduğum bir otel."
