"Hotel clean. Breakfast menu good. Dinner menu overpriced for the quality . Room clean and adequate. This is not of the quality of a five star hotel. At best four stars appropriate. Area is quiet. Close to Alpiri. So going to Tirumala is easier. No shopping nearby. For buying anything you have to hire a taxi by or Uber. "

"The actual price of the room is 3200 INR when checked from the reception however from Expedia it’s charged around 4000 INR. That’s something made feel more like an issue other than the stay ."

Coffee ordered through room service arrived afte lt a couple of reminders and 30 mins later. Breakfast wanted to charge for bottled water or else was tap water, which was not a choice for foreign guests. Bottled water must be just given like they did in the rooms. "
