For some reason, the staff has been reduced. It used to be that the water temp in pools stayed consistently hot over night, now the pools are allowed to go cool. So when you go into the pools at 5 or 6 am, the waters are cold! The pool staff does not arrive until 7am. Considering the daily rate, they can certainly afford to keep the water in the hot pools hot.

Called 7 times that are shower was not working. Only hot water. They fixed it at first and later during the day it was not working again. I called again and they said they were going to fix it and never did. Impossible to take a shower it was flaming hot. That night we gave up and left the next day

This property is in a bad area. Homeless all around the area and in the parking lot. It was NOT a safe place to stay. I pulled in and ended up leaving. Waste of money. Had to find a different hotel where we felt save.

The property is not well maintained. Shower dirty, water is scalding hot or lukewarm, rust spots in tub and it doesn't drain properly. Toilets are not clean looking because they are stained, walls need repair & paint. Outside property there is no signage for the water pools, concrete worn, pavers cracked in many areas. There is also a trailer on the property by the pools where someone lives making it appear like a "poor neighborhood" and not a resort.

Me and my family come here all the time!! We spend our summers here. Only thing i would suggest is have someone every once in awhile use the net to get the flowers, leafs, and sticks out of the pool.

The staff was great. They upgraded our room. They were friendly! The hotel itself was kinda dingy and outdated. The pool area was very nice! The pools were all pretty hot. So swimming during the day wasn’t very enjoyable. Swimming at night was a lot of fun!

The pools and spa at Miracle Springs are great . The practitioners at the spa are wonderful and the treatments are very good. The property is a bit dated but it is clean and well maintained. Overall , it's a very nice experience at Miracle Springs.

We had a nice time in the pools. The room was large and the dining was good. The interior needs some work. Showers were either lukewarm or boiling hot. Some guests left their trash and cigarette butts all over the pool deck; sad.

Property was good especially for the price. The room size was great! Carpets need deep cleaning and properly was out dated but again good fo the price. We would stay again. Pools werent iver crouded and very family friendly. Parking was ok.

There was a smell of mildew throughout the building Elevator and the rooms the mattresses were worn down and lumpy as I only sat down and looked around I immediately noticed stained carpet a drapes at that point I was very unhappy uncomfortable and my wife mother day weekend was ruined we canceled our room and asked to be refunded very disappointed with for price and place is not what pictures and add said it to be

Hi WilliamWe are sorry , mildew and bad odor is not okay. We routinely rotate and replace mattresses and clean and repair our elevator whenever necessary. We hope you got to enjoy the mineral springs and may return for a day visit or spa treat!

Moderately price accommodation with fantastic pools / spas. Rooms are a bit dated, but I spent most of my time outside. 4pm check-in is a bit ridiculous. And I suggest the hotel spends $10 and adds electric outlet / extension wire near the beds - for phone / watch charge - amazing, in this day & age, how many hotels do not have a simple electric plug for your phone!

From check in to check out, everything was very smooth. My family and I stayed for two nights and the room was bigger than we expected. It had a separate living area with a pullout couch which was a nice surprise. My two children didnt have to share a bed which they loved. The only negative I would give would be that there werent any families staying at the hotel, everyone was retired and appeared to be in their 70s and 80s. When my kids were smimming and playing in the pool, we got a lot of snide remarks and dirty looks from the other guests like we shouldnt be there.
