The only negative feedback I can give is to MYSELF for arriving late, leaving early and not spending more time at this wonderful gem. The B&B honors the beautiful architecture, while designing the space in such an artsy, fun way. The hospitality is phenomenal. Breakfast was delicious and generous. I felt like I was staying at the home of a friend who happened to be an awesome cook.

We came in for the weekend and had a very nice time. The staff was helpful and accommodating (I have celiac disease which can be a challenge) and the suite was pleasant. We enjoyed the murals on the walls

It’s quite rare to find a bed and breakfast that has a team of employees who are so invested in quality hospitality. Every employee was exemplary. Looking forward to staying there again next visit out that way .

The room was amazingly cozy, the breakfasts each morning were absolutely amazing! All of the staff was super helpful and accommodating. We were just able to relax and let our worries fade away.

Queen Anne is a quiet oasis in Denver. It is very clean, has warm and welcoming staff and the best breakfast ever. We’ve stayed twice and would go back in a minute. Wayyyy better than staying in a hotel.

My wife and I really liked the place , we stayed in one of the artist suites with jacuzzi, perfect! The host was real nice and informative. We would definitely come again! I only have two recommendations The cable to the tv kept coming loose making the tv static, reminds me of growing up in the 80s. Breakfast was good, the home made sourdough waffles were excellent, the owner who Made breakfast for us was very friendly. The only thing missing was some protein options. Breakfast was very good and A bonus, just needed Some protein options or included. I don’t Like even Mentioning those two things but aside from that it was an excellent stay.

Absolutely returning! This is the cutest bed-and-breakfast! The owner cooked a 5 star breakfast from scratch every morning. There were fresh baked treats every afternoon. The hospitality and genuine friendliness of the staff exceeded our expectations. The other guests were quiet and friendly. The neighborhood put us close enough to scooter around town or walk to a few places. We stayed on the third floor so if you’re staying up there, bring a small suitcase otherwise I recommend this Queen Ann 10 out of 10!! A friend and I came for a chill “Explore Denver” weekend. Staying here made everyday convenient and comfortable. Plus, free parking!

We had a wonderful stay. We were greeted by a very friendly Nicole who gave us a tour and answered all our questions. The whole place was very cute and our room was fantastic! We enjoyed breakfast and had a great chat with the breakfast chef as we drank our coffee. We only stayed one night but will be sure to book more nights on our next trip through Denver.

The Rooftop room was excellent! Loved the hot tub, the Denver skyline, and the lovely decor. Nicole was super friendly and the scones smelled amazing upon our arrival. We were able to walk 5 easy blocks to an event at the Mercury Cafe and had lots of fun. Breakfast in the morning was delicious! I'll be back!

This is the quintessential B&B experience. You are staying in an historic building with the personality of the owner expressed in decor and excellent cuisine. The staff are the pleasantest and most interesting we have met coast to coast. There is private parking behind the buildings and it is great to leave the car parked and walk to museums and dining. The area around the B&B is gentrifying and seems safe enough if you are used to urban areas and the variety of people that you may encounter. We felt fine walking out after dark to dine. Don't miss the fresh baked cookies in the dining room

Amazing Night in the Aspens
Absolutely amazing. Splendidly accommodating. Began with a tour, booked the Aspen room and was blown away. Enjoyed reservations at the Italian place across town, Coperta, the hosts recommendation of olive oil ice cream was spot on. Breakfast was lovely, freshly made and met the wonderful cook. Room was clean and had all that we needed. Would recommend the amazing tea bar and all the treasures in the living room.
