They did a pretty good job restoring a old building Rooms are pretty nice restaurants was very good shame no late room service. Staff was good

The staff was condescending and the room was oddly built (bathroom had no wall), besides that it was a lovely stay in a good part of downtown denver

It’s downtown of course you’ll see a lot of homeless, and drugged up people. The TV in the room was really slow, and the shower had a little gap that would let water out and leave the floor really wet.

Prices for sundry store were reasonable, not the usually the case with big hotels. Easy PU spot for Ubers, Lyft. And nice security measures, always felt safe!

I really wanted to like this property but the room just didn’t work for us. The room is open concept but the bathroom sink is really close to the bed. There is no real bathroom, just a sliding pocket door separating the actual toilet from the room. Also no closets, just some type of cubby like area to hang your items right next to the pocket toilet. The close quarters just made it impossible for you to not wake the other person if you simply wanted to brush your teeth. There was also some light strip behind the desk with no switch that stayed on at all times making it so hard to fully fall asleep at night. Attempted to visit the rooftop lounge which is another reason we booked but it was filled to capacity with locals. Sorry to say but this was a disappointing experience.

Loved this property. The rooms are spacious and the staff are amazing, very attentive. There are two bars downstairs and the drinks are amazing. The restaurant downstairs was also great, the breakfast is delicious.

Valet was very friendly and helpful! Essence checked us in, she was very polite, friendly and helpful as well!! It was so nice to have such friendly staff and a beautiful place to stay after almost a 600 mile drive!!

If I had to find a complaint I would say the rooms are kinda compact but that’s literally trying to find a complaint. This hotel was everything I look for in hotels and I’m picky. Staff was helpful and attentive. Rooftop bar was a vibe with a nice view. Perfectly situated in downtown Denver. Plenty of shopping and food options in walking distance. A block or 3 from the train stations. 9.5/10

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were also a lot dining options close by and we were able to walk to several sites. Room and hotel were clean and comfortable. Shower in the room was not really private and an open concept, fine for couples but strange if sharing a room with multiple people
