First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans.

the location was great could easily walk to several good restaurants. A park with a walking trail was right across the street and form our balcony you could see the mountains in the distant.

Room was spotless and clean, no complaints. However the check in situation was ridiculous, I received numberous emails with confusing information and links that led nowhere. Parking instructions were unclear. When I contacted KASA via chat I received very clear instructions in one paragraph that answered my question. All of the emails I received for about a week prior with links to complete check in that said it was too early to check in were ridiculous. Please streamline this process.

Property is in the heart of downtown, yet in a safe neighborhood. Clean and roomy with living room/kitchen and balcony in addition to the bedroom. Was little difficult to navigate first, but once we figured out, things are better. There were detailed instructions given, but just on the day of checkin, which didn't give us any time to review the materials. Ended up texting them and got the answers quickly, but had to text them unnecessarily for every little thing. Also, the parking garage sensor on the entry took some patience and trying to get in. Finding the Gym was a task by itself. Getting inside the apartment doors was a challenge at first. In any case, it was all worth it at the end.

Every thing was amazing for the facility and location. The only issue was initially getting into the building, elevator, room, and parking garage. Once getting in was resolved it became much better.

The unit was in A condition, bed was comfortable. There were enough kitchen supplies that we could cook dinner in the unit. Coffee maker, complete with bags of coffee, sugar, creamer and filters were provided which was a nice touch. Kasa was responsive any time I reached out. It would have been helpful to have instructions for the thermostat. I couldn't get it to be anything other than 72 degrees no matter what I tried. I should have reached out. We would definitely stay at Kasa again.

The location was great but from the beginning there were nothing but issues. My room was not the room I paid for. There was no balcony. I had to prove I paid for a room with a balcony. Waited over an hr all together before I got into a room that was suitable. The toilet didn’t work. You can’t ask anyone downstairs for anything. I had to fix the toilet multiple times. The bed smelled like Fritos so I went out late and got detergent and washed the bedding before I could even go to sleep. House keeping came at 10:54 , check out wasn’t until 11 and I was doing a last min walk through so I felt rushed. But there’s a $60 return item fee so I felt obligated to walk through a last time before leaving.

The unit was beautiful and has convinced me to never go back to staying in a regular hotel ever again! The parking/entry process as a first time visitor was less than ideal, and the directions could be a little more clear, but once the kinks were worked out I was very satisfied with our stay, the amenities, and the location!

The apartment was amazing. The location is prime. You can walk to union station. There’s a park across the street. It’s very clean the sheets and pillows smelled cleaned. It had all the amenities that you need.
