Great location, staff are upbeat, helpful. The building is well kept. Sometimes we hoped the shuttle was running when it wasn’t (it doesn’t run on the weekend , when we needed to get to the light rail quickly— we walked, we were okay).
This place made me realize I like Hyatt hotels. Comfortable, clean, mostly convenient.

Room was typical hotel room with TV, computer hookups, fridge and microwave. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. It was mostly quiet
Dining was ok-food was good but not a lot of choices for non-beef eaters. I would stay again if I needed a room in the area

We booked through expedia however what they offered in the booking was different to what the hotel offered regarding parking - we were led to believe it was inclusive but it wasn't......I suggest you take a photo of your booking when you do it as proof.

Our car was the parking lot and somebody try to still or something, but they break the window to go in, when we went to the clerk and splain they said they dont have anything to do with that, and that they didnt have camaras in the parking lot we were paying 20$ a day.

We decided to spend Valentines evening in DTC mainly because all of our evening plans were in the area. We had stayed in the area for concerts and other celebrations in the past and though knowing it's mostly a business area, thought it would be nice to stay at a clean hotel. The minute we walked down the hall to our room, there was a giant trash can in the middle of the hall where there was a water leak. We kind of shrugged this off until we came back from our valentines plans to put our leftovers up to find our fridge was leaking. We went to the concierge and they offered to change rooms (which we didn't feel up to at 9 at night) or send up a new fridge. We chose the latter. Once maintenance came up, he informed us that house keeping turn the fridges off when they clean and he'd get some towels. We now had to wait for him to come back and had we not known the fridge was off, our expensive dinner would've spoiled. Will not be staying here again!

The room was hot and muggy even though the AC unit was on 68, we dropped it to 60 no change. The "electrician" had a don't know, dont care attitude and gave us the "that's just how it works" statement. Other than that it was great.

My room had bed bugs and they offered to move us to a new room without offering to wash our clothes and make sure everything was safe for us to transfer to a new room without contaminating the new room we were moving to, they still charged us for one night of the room even though I ended up having to go to the doctor from the bites of the bed bugs all over my arms and back, the hospital bill was more expensive than my hotel stay and that is really unacceptable, I get really bad allergic reactions when I get bit by bugs

It was good. Coming from California (don't worry not moving to CO) it was cold in Denver and had trouble heating up the room. Location is excellent, ease in and out and parking was close to the front door. Amenities were very good. Bar, coffee shop. Serving Starbucks coffee.

The room cleaners were awesome and they were tipped well because of it. Room came with a clogged toilet, the scale in the gym is broken, the water filter in the gym was really old and needs to be changed, and my bosses room didn't have heat- mind you it was below 0 degrees outside. I've stayed here three times due to work and it's always a bad experience. First time they charged me for parking every night and I only used it one night. I wrote them emails and called and they never made it right. Don't stay here.

They charged for parking and breakfast after I paid extra for breakfast online. When I pointed out it doesn’t state parking is paid online, they said someone would call me and no one did. My TV had 6 light spots on it, when I reported to the front desk they told me they would fix it for the next guest. The parking lot had trash all over it. There was a 1/4” of dust on the headboard.
