Great room, nice view, great temp control, very clean and comfortable. Dislike: 1) being required to pay $20 per day for breakfast/amenities that I didn't particularly want; and 2) the hotel recommended a taxi service that charged me literally triple the usual fee for a short ride: $45 one-way to the Denver Zoo! (Return taxi charged $15 for the identical trip). The hotel should exercise greater care before recommending a company.

The hotel was nice enough, room had a good view. But not the cleanest. Different trash found stuff under bed or around corners. Also the onsite parking is an astronomical amount of $ that is not included in the staff. It’s a very empty parking garage to be charged so much money.

The hotel is very modern vibe, the lobby very cozy, what we liked most is the affordable parking option that was not the case in some of the facilities around the area.

It was a nice stay and convenient for our work convention. I do wish for the cost that the television actually worked. We only turned it on in the evening when we were winding down, so it was not a huge deal but the channels would come on for a couple minutes and then go black. All the channels did it, so I unplugged the HDMI and figured I just stream a show from my laptop, but certain colors were like the snow when a channel would come in on an old TV. We had turned on a show where most people were wearing dark blazers and anything on screen that was dark blue or grey had that snow in the lines. I noticed because everyone's blazer on the show was snow. Otherwise it was a decent stay. We had to go to lobby to use the microwave to heat some leftovers one night. If you're going to have 1 microwave for a whole hotel you would think they would spring for a good one, but it took 4 minutes to reheat a small bowl refrigerated pasta.

Hotel Indigo in Denver, CO. Great staff! Very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Hotel amenities package included deluxe continental breakfast that proved to be extremely tasty and an incredible value for the modest ammenities fee. The hotel had beautiful, warm, and inviting (art deco) high-end hotel decor. We came in on Amtrak train and hotel is across the street from direct access to the train station tracks, really. Whole Foods Market (& cafe) where ate most meals seems just about 1/2 blod and family and we have already decided to return to Denver and stay in this same hotel in the future. We highly, highly, recommend it!

This is a nice boutique hotel located close to Union Station. It is convenient to my son’s apartment when I come to visit him. And it’s safe and comfortable.

Pick another hotel!
We were really disappointed as part of the reason we picked this hotel was for the bar/restaurant located within the hotel and it was closed. There is no microwaves in the rooms and they say you get a complimentary coffee and breakfast item but I am pretty sure i was charged for this. My bill was also also alot higher than it was supposed to. I am glad i asked for an itemized receipt upon checkout. After the "deposit" is refunded i will be reviewing it closely. Our bathroom door also had no lock on ot and would not stay closed after shutting it. They have basic cable with an auto timer on their tv that cannot be adjusted. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but that was the only positive thing about our stay. Will not be staying there again.

We did arrive very late at night, however the room we had seemed to have a broken door to the bathroom. During the night the whole door collapsed on the floor. Quite a scary experience for sure. Very convenient for sure, next to Union station, but if we had more time we would have asked to move rooms for sure

Great service, perfect location.
I was unable to reach anyone at the front desk for several hour prior to arrival to inquire about local airport transportation, which was stressful--we were arriving after midnight and had never visited Denver. Was hoping to take the light rail, but ended up in an $80 taxi instead. Other than that, we had an excellent experience. Staff was lovely and helpful, the breakfast cart attendant could not have been nicer (so peppy and helpful at 7am!), the lobby is warm and inviting--my daughter and I grabbed lunch takeout and ate at the table there--lovely. Lots of towels for two people. It's a block from Union Station and walkable to several great restaurants. (Shout-out to Tupelo Honey--scrumptious food and fantastic service.) Wish our stay was longer, but we'll definitely stay at Hotel Indigo again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We booked because it was close to Ball Arena, and it turned out to be an easy walk. It would probably be an easy walk to Coor’s Field in the Spring/Summer as well. It’s very close to Union Station for train or light rail access too. We appreciated the onsite parking garage and we were able to park once and then walk everywhere we wanted to go, although guests are allowed in and out privileges. The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaints are somewhat petty-the blackout curtain would not close completely, there was no channel guide for the tv, and the room was very warm to the point that we had to turn on the air conditioning during a snowstorm. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
