Enjoyed our two night stay in the Denver area. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were great and nice dining area. Very clean hotel room with comfortable beds and good space. Shuttle transportation from and to the Denver airport was very convenient.

Sweet P at the front desk is amazing. She helped us check in much sooner than expected which made the experience amazing. Give that gal a raise and promotion. She loves her job and was so kind to my children. Nevaeh at night was NOT pleasant, seemed like she is not a good fit for customer service. I am sure she has talents for other type of work. The rooms are great. However you can hear a lot of other guests above and on the sides. Needs better sound proofing.

Some in an adjoining room had a dog that barked late at night and the people above us sounded like they were running from one end of the room to the other, front desk was called twice and nothing changed. It went on from 10pm to midnight? Made it very difficult to sleep.

I would come again. However, when we checked in, th girl charged us an extra $31 after we had paid in full through Expedia. She said it bc was “for the rest of the room”. In the morning I asked the receptionist and apparently they upgraded my room and then charged me the difference without my asking for an upgrade. She took it off our bill so no problem in the end

The hotel staff was very nice. The lobby was bright and clean. My room was ok. The sofa was pretty dirty and I didnt opt to sit on it. The bedding was ok but not the nicest. The hotel was very convenient to the airport so it served it purpose.

Make sure to schedule the airport shuttle otherwise they may not have room for you. We did not realize that we had to schedule it, so we're unable to use the free shuttle, even though that was one of the reasons we specifically picked this hotel. Shuttle driver was quite rude and AM front desk not super helpful.
