Who doesn’t like a warm welcome? The Halcyon greeting is genuinely warm and welcoming. Coffee? Wine? Beer? How about great dining options on either side of you? How about some really great boutiques and upscale shops just steps away? Halcyon has it all, so I have added it to my list of regular stays. My bed, shower, and living area were all comfortable and stylish. I recommend it highly!

Amazing hotel with great amenities! The location is prime, the restaurants were wonderful and the rooftop pool was the cherry on top. I will definitely be back when visiting the Denver area.

We stayed here for our honeymoon & booked 3 months in advance for a room with a terrace. When we arrived, we checked in as normal and all seemed well. We got up to our room and realized it was not what we had paid extra for. I thought it was a bit weird they seemed to hope we wouldn’t notice. My husband went back to the front desk to ask about the room & was told that unfortunately the room we booked wasn’t available & we could not be refunded in anyway. They said we were “upgraded” to a better room, but I find that to be subjective as the whole reason I booked this hotel was for a terrace. The staff were very polite and did give us a $100 credit for room service, but the prices for food & drinks are crazy. That only got us a burger, fries, rolls, & 2 drinks. I suppose it was better than nothing though. Other than the wrong room, the food we did receive was pretty good and the hotel was very beautiful.

The Halcyon has a great selection of amenities. The rooftop pool, hot tub and bar area is a nice escape even though it wasn't exactly pool weather. Enjoy coffee and happy hour in a beautiful lounge where guests can mingle, enjoy books and games by the fireplace. We didn't get to take advantage of the gear garage but I think it is a fantastic amenity that we hope to use in the future. Our room had a glass terrace door that opened so that we could enjoy fresh air. The hotel is pet friendly and I was concerned about allergies, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure the room was deep cleaned prior to our arrival and there were no issues. Each of the staff members we met were kind, patient, and invested in ensuring a great experience.

My room was on an upper floor and tucked in a corner. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the HVAC was easy to control and relatively quiet. Shower pressure was excellent. I had issues with the TV and needed extra towels. I texted the host but never received a response. I inquired at the front desk about both and was informed the TVs were not working. Unfortunately, this occurred during a snowstorm, and it would have been beneficial to access the news. The tv didn't work until the fourth day of my visit when I inquired again. Overall, the staff was engaging and willing to assist. Valet parking, at $60 per night, was expedient and helpful. Local Jones, the hotel’s bar/restaurant, is a great place to grab a coffee or cocktail. Service there was always friendly and upbeat.

This place is a gem in Cherry Creek. Dining, bars, shopping it really has it all. Plus great derive and a warm cozy fireplace to cozy up to!!

The hotel lacks an identity. The two restaurants in the lobby are probably the best hotel restaurants I have ever eaten at.

The staff was friendly and the property was right in the center of where I needed to stay. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. There was a crusted over glass with drink still in it on the desk, the bed smelled musty, and the bathroom did not seem sanitized. It was really gross. The free water and compliment drink was nice and the valet was friendly.

Lots of promise… nicely and creatively appointed rooms (though not large), great location for shopping. Mattress (very very soft/caves in) and pillows (large/hard) were poor. Window blind is very thin so lots of light comes in. Some staff were pleasant, others not so much. Some promised amenities absent.
