The room was clean, as was the rest of the property I saw. The staff was friendly. The cafe had great breakfast, but was quite pricey. The room was relatively small. The closet wasn't deep enough, such that you have to push hangers and the ironing board back away from the door to even close it - have never seen that one before. The only other clothes storage was a tiny rolling cart close to the floor that I didn't bother using.

Easy to get to. Our room was quiet. However, we waited for ten minutes for someone to come to the checkin counter. The toilet paper holder was held together with zip ties there were no labels on the pump shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. I think I used the right ones.

We thought the general level of housekeeping was quite good. There are signs of maintenance not quite keeping up with wear and tear. Clean room. The blizzard hit when we were there and the staff was working hard to provide food. The staff even helped folks dig their cars out of the 20 inches of snow . We were impressed with the attitude of the staff. We will return as we have family in Golden.

This hotel is by far one of the worst I have ever stayed at. When my guest had an additional guest over at the room, and I had him leave, apparently he hung out in the lobby for almost 2 hours. They said, walking around and engaging with other guests. When I called to extend my reservation. The lady told me that she would extend my reservation on the terms that I did not have that guest back at my room. When I told her that, I didn’t initially know who he was. She let me extend my reservation. The next day when I went to check out the manager on duty now told me that I had lost my incidental deposit because of that event the previous day however, I explained to her that, even though they can’t legally give me stipulations on my incidental deposit, I did not have any guests whatsoever at my room, and that was technically the agreement. They have yet to refund me my money or the general manager has yet to call or email me back. Completely immature and extremely hateful employees. They also not only took my incidental deposit for something that has nothing to do with incidentals. They charge me an extra incidental and an additional $30 for some reason that they have yet to refund.

Check in was quick and easy. Everything is clean and quiet. Premises is well taken care of. However, we were counting on the Bistro being open for a quick easy bite and it was closed on Saturday at 5:30 pm when we checked in.

It was ok was supposed to have balcony didn't had lots of children in rooms around us super loud late and early in the morning was there for football game and my birthday was hoping to sit on balcony and watch fireworks but couldn't really sit by window to see

Awesome bed& room
The room was awesome with the most comfy king sized bed. Just like Marriott to have the best beds. :-). Also, the shower was nice sized, clean and great (hot) water pressure. We were also able to do a load of laundry in their newer appliances. Lastly, no one knocked on our door for housekeeping which happens often at other hotels (even with DND on the door), so,we were able to sleep in. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back again. My new favorite place in Denver
I travel to Denver often. I would say that I found my new favorite spot to stay. The place was clean, very friendly staff, a casual lounge with food, snacks, and a gym with working equipment. Oh, and the tv worked well including all the channels I want. The sleep timer sealed the deal. I love this place.
