This property was located in an area overrun with sketchy street individuals. The exterior was covered in litter. There was no security, and it felt unsafe. The interior was not clean and was in a poor state of disrepair.

Right away I had to fix the toilet seat in the room, was about to fall off. Had to put a bag in front of refrigerator to keep door shut. The curtains were absolutely nasty, not sure what was on them. You have to notify the desk the night before for them to clean rooms. Felt very unsafe!

The hotel was close to the UC Health campus where I had an appointment. I didn’t like was the limited parking, dining and access.

The fact that I was electrically shocked because the panel was missing from the light switch I turned on as I immediately entered the room meant nothing to this staff who kept trying to assure me the room was fine. They were unable to understand or at least made it seemed as though there was a language barrier.

Room was clean, requested service the following day and they were helpful. Extended my stay several days and this locations staff was accommodating. Housekeeping had a rude exchange with my teenager but I believe that was due to an error in that they weren’t aware I had extended. Pool area was gross, poorly ventilated, used bandages and hair swimming in the filters. Continental breakfast was decent and well prepped.

The inside of the hotel is nice and clean. The room was also clean and in good condition. The outside is terrifying. There were people digging around in the rocks right outside the property looking for cigarettes. I would not recommend walking around the direct area. Also, the shuttle was over 20 minutes late, he did not get out of the vehicle to assist with luggage or open the trunk, and was smoking inside the shuttle.

Stayed here on a trip to take my daughter to the Children's hospital. We were there two nights. The room was older and clearly not cleaned well. Which is not a huge deal to me. However, by the time we left I had red itchy bumps on my neck, arms, hand, and a few on my legs. I called the hospital to tell them and they said, "sorry, sometimes those things happen with so many people staying and going". I'm sorry that's an unexceptionable response. Do Better!
