The hotel and staff were great. However, the breakfast was not at the usual standard for this hotel line. Eggs were dry a and should have been restocked - been sitting too long. No muffins or pastry selections, a couple of green apples but no oranges or bananas, etc. We only book hotels that either provide breakfast or has a restaurant on site to save time. This did not save us time as we needed to find another location.,

It was very clean and the room was excellent. Door dash offered plenty of options nearby, and the gas station was a very short walk for snacks. Definitely would recommend for anyone staying in the area.

The staff was extremely friendly. The dining options were good. Perfect for those needing to be close to the airport but want an area that is new, clean, and not sitting directly on the highway.

I stayed at this property several times less than a year ago. It seemed quite new, judging by overall condition. But it has degraded quite a bit since then. Stairway carpets are dirty and worn. Whole place starting to look a bit shabby—already.

We stayed here in early May and had a wonderful room. However, when we returned on May 21st, the room that was provided was in very poor condition. Frig leaking, handle in the bathroom falling off, and a variety of places that needed repainting fixing. Very unforunate that this corporation does not maintain their rooms in an equal manner. Would not stay there again, for this reason.

The comfort suites was fine for a quick last minute overnight stay close to the airport. Minimal accommodations but adequate. Free breakfast was lacking and didn’t even have brewed coffee, one thing that a hectic traveler could use under the circumstances. Probably would not stay here again but would do so in a pinch.

The lady that checked us in was not helpful. We got into the hotel late and asked for an early airport shuttle for the morning. Although Comfort suites advertises free shuttle service every hour, when we asked to go on the 4 am shuttle to catch our flight she said we had no option but to take the 3 am or 6 am shuttle. She was not accommodating or professional about trying to work it out for us until we asked to see the manager. Then she said she’d call the manager and let us know if there was space available. 20 minutes later she called us and got us a spot on the 4 am shuttle. She was not rude and short with us.

I appreciated the coffee. The large bathroom, though it literally took 10 minutes for the water to get hot. The blackout curtains need replacing. It felt very secure. Transportation was punctual. Breakfast was in abundance and tasty.

Arrived late after an event and out early the next day for a flight. Thank goodness only there less than 8 hours. Tv didn’t work in the room. Bedside lights did not work. Couch in room was broken down and hideous—can not believe they would leave it in a guest room. Shower handle was loose and looked about to come off. And worse—the sheets had “pills” all over them and were so uncomfy and gross. So worn out they should never be on a guest bed. Tried to call front desk upon discovery that TV wasn’t working…no answer. Husband went down to lobby but there were 11 guests checking in so he didn’t want to wait. Went back down 15” later and there were still 6 people in line so he gave up. Will NEVER stay at a Comdort Inn again. I won’t even mention the breakfast offerings but suffice it to say…brutal. Coffee was even bad. Very very disappointing.

We only stayed one night because of a 12-hour layover. We arrived past midnight exhausted and Ken at the front desk was super helpful. Considering the price of this hotel, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the free shuttle to the airport was prompt and clean, and the breakfast was exceptional with a variety of hot and cold options. Even though we're adults, we all had fun making our own strawberry waffles :).

Didnt realize the shuttle only goes to the airpoort once every hour...not very convenient. The tv is off to the far side of the room so watching from bed is not great. At least put it on an adjustable wall mount to angle it if its going to be poorly centered.

Quick, easy, convenient when traveling through DEN. Rooms were clean and appeared recently updated. A nice and convenient continental breakfast was included in the price which was very reasonable.
