The Staffs were super attentive and professional ..Facilities were amazing, very confortable bed, clean and modern room. The breakfast was one of the best I have eaten in Bali and Aussie. The only issue was the live music accross the road. ( luckily the music stopped just before 10.30 ish)

The hotel was beautiful, clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable. Service was brilliant staff are so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Pool was lovely and day beds to relax to top off any long days out and about. Hotel was a short walk to the beach and lots of bars to choose from overlooking the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants as you walk outside. Food at the hotel was delicious.

We stayed in one of the suites. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach. Apart from a few minor cosmetic/wear and tear issues, it was a really comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The onsite spa/massage treatment, whilst a bit more expensive than some of the services u can get on the street was very good and much more private and serene than those road side parlours. I wouldn't bother about having dinner at the restaurant.. wasn't crazy expensive but the food was very hit and miss, for example their duck confit was as tough as leather, some of the seasoning was just off (too salty, not salty enough etc).. there is much better food for better prices if you just walk a few minutes away. But otherwise, the hotel was really really lovely and I'd be very glad to come back to stay.

This was an amazing property to stay at, great rooms, the comfiest beds, great facilities & location and the staff were so great & helpful! We had the Magnolia Suite with 2 teens & there was plenty of room for us all. There are lots of good restaurants, spas, shops close by & it’s a quick ride to either end of Sanur & not far to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & wish we had actually booked a longer stay as we all live for so much! It was the highlight of our whole Bali holiday. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was very charming. The rooms were spacious and sympathetically decorated in French colonial style. The staff could not have been more helpful, and the hotel had a lovely family feel about it. Breakfast was excellent. It was close to the beach and the pool was great. There was a gym, which was a bit small but absolutely fine. We went on a fantastic silversmithing course (it doesn't sound so enticing for two boys aged 8 and 12 but they thought it was wonderful) and a cookery course at 101 hotel next door, also very enjoyable. If I had to select something that could be bettered, it would be that the music from the bar was a touch on the loud side. But overall, an excellent stay and I would certainly recommend and I would seek out Maison Aurelia and stay in future.

The hotel is a nicely decorated, but the area is a little sketchy, the beach isn't that nice, there is a small strips of shops and restaurants but not much else to see or do. I didn't find the staff to be particularly helpful in getting a ride to the airport or with information about the area. I was also given inaccurate information from the front desk about the length of time to get to the airport.

Amazing hotel
This was our second stay at Maison Aurelia. The hotel is a hidden gem, right in the middle of Sanur. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and with a great restaurant onsite plus many shops and restaurants on its doorsteps. The Camelia suite that we stayed in was spacious and well appointed. All bathroom amenities you could possibly need, plush bedding linen and towels and cloudlike pillows. The pool area is lovely with shaded cabanas, a good sized pool and a separate spa pool. There is a small gym and a spa salon also onsite. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We will certainly return when we are next in Sanur.

Lovely property. Rooms very spacious and staff wonderful. Just need to remove some of the towels in rooms and pool. Some were worn and showing their age. One pool lounge near the outdoor shower was broken. You could see the piece of broken wood. Hand rails near the pool shower need to be fixed very loose could be an accident waiting to happen. Children using the pool should be asked to restrict their time. One family had a little girl and boy with their baby sitter there from 10.30 to 4.30 and often were screaming. Even jumping on top of adults trying to swim. This same family ordered food and drinks and children were allowed to take this and eat and drink in the pool. Unfortunately no one asked them to remove the drinks or food. No staff approached them about this nor about the squealing.

1 night only but would definitely stay again
Just a one night stay but wished we could stay longer. The hotel is located in my preferred part of town and is beautiful with friendly welcoming staff. The bed is one of the best beds we’ve slept on with great pillows also. The room was very spacious and comfortable and we wanted for nothing more. Breakfast was good but a little limited. I’d have liked the option of fruit & yogurt or something though there was a fruit bowl by the juice station. Service was exceptional throughout with great attention to detail.

Stayed in the magnolia suites. Two suites connected with living room between them. The bedroom with king size bed had enough space for 2 adults but the was bathroom was cramped. The bedroom with twin beds was too small for 2 adults, maybe good size for children or teenagers. Also bathroom was tight. The living room had decent space to make it comfortable. Overall very clean and nice hotel in the popular neighborhood.

Our flight was delayed but our driver was waiting patiently for us and was in good spirits which was a great welcome to us. Hari was knowledgeable and conversational and a great representative for the rest of the staff at Maison Aurelia who were just as pleasant and welcoming. We booked the family suite on an overnight stay between flights to and out of Bali. The rooms were spacious for four adults and adequately stocked and equipped. Very clean and comfortable. The balcony was a plus. Small but a pleasant addition. We didn't have to look for anywhere to eat because we chose to eat at the famed restaurant on site (Chris Salans' Spice) and enjoyed the dishes we ordered. For reference, breakfast was included in our stay and I highly recommend it. There was sufficient choice and the servings were more than enough. The food good - tasted great and well presented. Also of something to note - there are authorized money changers in walking distance and a mart nearby if you need it. So the location is good for the basics.

Fabulous hotel and super staff
I stayed at Maison Aurelia for two weeks. As a single female traveller I felt safe and secure. The staff were delightful... helpful, accommodating and courteous. The hotel is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The spa is great, especially with the 25% discount for residents (except manicure and pedicures - but they were still a good price). The only negative thing I would say was that sometimes the room cleaning wasn't the best (for example, I noticed occasionally that the room hadn't been hoovered/swept thoroughly) but it certainly didn't spoil my stay and I'd go back in a heartbeat if I was visiting Sanur again.

A great spot with great people
From the second you walk in to the moment you leave, you are taken care of at this wonderful hotel. Not right on the beach, but that's fine. It's got great food all r=around it, and the facilities and restaurant are amazing. The staff was perfect and the rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable.

Beautiful Experience
We traveled all the way from Kansas, USA and our stay was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and the room was perfect. Very clean and very pretty. The Hotel overall was great, friendly staff, clean and beautifully decorated. The food was amazing although service a little slow but generally wonderful in every way. We would definitely recommend the Hotel to our friends and would stay again.

A touch of France in Sanur!
We arrived late at night and were quickly offered a cooled face towel and iced tropical drink before being welcomed and checked in by staff and shown to our room. Staff were always available to deal with any request for information or services.

Great location and comfort
New hotel with high quality rooms - lots of space and beds and towels especially luxurious. Perhaps could have chairs on the balcony to also enjoy that space. Helpful and friendly staff plus the French manager is also present and she shows genuine interest in your experiences at the hotel. Central location in Sanur - close to beach, plus a range of restaurants and bars.We also borrowed bikes from the hotel (free of charge) - a great way to see the whole length of Sanur along the beachside path. Our overall experience was so good that this hotel would be a real incentive for us to return to Sanur. Would definitely recommend to anyone as a high quality and reliable option in Bali.

Perfect Stay
Beautiful luxurious resort with friendly and accomodating staff. Room was spectacular and kept immaculate by the cleaning team. All of the employees went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Beach club was an added bonus.

Nice new hotel.
Stayed five days, that is plenty. The rooms are fantastic, large and beautifully furnished, this would be the perfect business hotel but not for family's. The staff are excellent. The hotel is Maison type, but the restaurant is not , it is more like an upmarket sandwich bar with a very limited selection, we only tried the continental breakfast which wasn't the best,the pool is next to the restaurant and not very private. Once the hotel is a bit older and the catering side is sorted out I'm sure it will be a really good hotel, at the moment there is nothing to do, the beach can only be accessed from two locations which are both 15 minutes walk. there are plenty of Warungs close by, and an excellent breakfast at the Warung straight across the road. I would definitely stay there again.

Stylish Accommodation in Sanur
The Maison Aurelia Sanur is newly opened. Rooms are all well appointed, great restaurant with indoor/ outdoor dining options. Pool area is delightful with relaxing cabana style beds as well as deck chairs. Rates are very reasonable for the style of accommodation and well located in walking distance to the beach and beach front restaurants. The staff are very friendly and attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - in fact, will be staying there again on our next visit.
