Dear Sir, You came to us in the evening time as a normal guest and you asked a dbl. room . Then I did explain to you that we have 2 difrent standart dbl.room ,one faced back to garden 55 € and one faced to travertine views dbl.room 60 € for 2 person inculuding breakfast. Then I sad you we have no standrt dbl .room free to day faced to travertine view, but if you want we have a free triple room which faced to travertine view ,and the price is 85 € . Then you sad I have reservation ,then I started to search your reservatin on computer, during this time you sad ok... ok..ok.. I take this triple room and I pay difference ,then you payed 80 tl. Then I stoped to search your reservation on computer for finish your check in quickly. After you went your room I took of your reservation form from computer , I realized your reservation was Standar dbl.room back to garden ,for 55 € . The difrent bettwen two rooms was normaly 30 € ,which makes nearly more then 300 tl. But I kindly let you remember what you have done and I kindlly asket 50 tl more because of difference of room cost. Who is correct now? You or I ? İf you want to run dowm to some one ,thing twice and do one time. First we sould interogate to our self , then we give decree. Any way thank you for your staying at us and hope to see you again.
