Waste of Money
The hotel definitely is not four star. It is a basic hotel. The WiFi was not working and the excuse was the signal. But it was a lie. The room was ok but the carpet of the hall was not. It was overpriced. There are plenty of nice hotels in its neighbour hood cheaper and better.

Hotel is run- down. It’s set up for large tour groups some of which were loud, shouting in the hallways, some loud giggly girls, and a policy of loud music in the central patio/pool area until 11:30pm every night. We could not sleep because of this, and had to insist the next day that they move us to a room on the other side, away from the pool area. Then things were better. The pool is not very clean but it is huge and nice for lapswimming. Breakfast was good. room needs updating, furniture tattered, as are the bathrobes.

Front desk woman was a little overly inquisitive and made us a little uncomfortable with all her questions. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hamam! Great staff, amazing experience. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed

Overall Review
Overall is not bad. Hospitality is not bad. Breakfast and Dinner were good. Nice music. Air-condition was terrible it was not even cooling itself we called technical services two times and ther was no solution :( Clean of Hotel in general was not that good especially the forks and spoons used in the meals :( Lack of personnel working in the hotel. No elevators found. No one helped us in moving our luggage to the room.

Not value for money
An old hotel, which needs proper renovation to keep it competitive. The reception staff was friendly but the dinning service was poor. The quality of food was below par. The cooling system was not working pripoerly specially the dinning hall was terrible.

Hotel horrível! Não se deixe levar pelo preço.
Não há wi-fi nos quartos, só no lobby. Há obras em andamento, com muito ruído incômodo. No atendimento, péssimo inglês e nenhuma disposição em ajudar nas demandas. Nem mesmo um cumprimento muitas vezes. Localização ruim em relação ao centro. Não recomendaria nem pra inimigo!!

Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel, les repas sont excellents avec un goût fait maison, piscine très propre, un personnel très accueillant, les chambres spacieux…je le recommande.

Hotellet er angivet som 4 stjernet. Værelset fremstår dog meget slidt. Flere steder er der skjolder fra vand skader. Blandingsbatteriet virkede ikke. Cisternen i toilettet var mange timer om at blive fyldt.

Otel konumu çok güzel! Otopark hem içeride hem dışarıda... Otel odası ferah! Ancak ses yalıtımı kötü!! Havlular temiz ama çok eskimiş!Acilen havlularının değişmesi gerek! Sigara içmediğimiz için ön havuz ve veranda bölümünde sigara dumanından oturulmuyor! Yemekler ve kahvaltı güzel! Çalışanlar güler yüzlü !! Havuz ve Pamukkale manzaralı olanlar eminim çok güzeldir! Pandemi koşulları nedeniyle sıcak su havuzunu kullanamadık! Çok kalabalık ve çocuk dolu!! Yine de memnun ayrıldık!

Schönes Hotel in der Nähe von Pamukkale
Wir waren eine Nacht in diesem Hotel um uns die Sehenswürdigkeit Pamukkale anzusehen. In der Beschreibung stand, dass Pamukkale zu Fuß innerhalb von 10Min erreichbar wäre. Allerdings ist das mit 10 Minuten eine Zumutung, vor allem mussten wir Berg hoch laufen bei gefühlten 40°C. Da hätten wir dann lieber eines der Hotels gebucht, die näher an Pamukkale sind. Das Hotel an sich war sauber und gepflegt allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der WLAN Empfang im Zimmer war sehr schwach und kaum nutzbar, nur in der Lobby hatte man guten WLAN Empfang.

Hôtel ZERO les chambres sont degueullasses, pas entretenues pour un 4 étoiles.la nourriture très très moyen.2 piscines sur 4 était inutilisable car fermer et dans l’eau il y’avait plein d’insectes.sauna et chambre avec du sel c’est payant 10 EURO par personne.jetais très déçue.cette hôtel mérite d’etre Fermé

Harika Pamukkale tatili
Otel genel olarak iyi. Bütün odalar klimalı. Temiz ve iyi hizmet veriyorlar. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri sınıfına göre iyi. Sadece otel yapılış tarihinden itibaren sanki fazla renovasyon görememiş, mobilyalar ve banyo biraz yıpranmış duruyor. Otelin havuzu iyi ve temiz. Akşam Pamukkale travertenlerden geldikten sonraki yorgunluğunuzu atmanıza yardımcı oluyor. Otel konum olarak iyi yürüyerek gidilebicek mesafede. Fazla konfor aramayanlar için yeterli diye düşünüyorum.
