Value for money business hotel
It is a wonderful business hotel located just 3 mins drive from the bus station (15-20 TL). The stay was comfortable and it offered a wife range of breakfast options. The overall stay was value for money.The hotel had tie ups with taxi services and fixed rates, it took less than 5 mins to arrange a taxi to bus stop, airport or pammukale. Pammukale was a 20 minute ride (60-75 TL)

Çok fazla otelde konaklayan biri olarak hayatımda gittiğim en kötü otellerden biri. Hostel kalitesinde kötü yataklar, odalar sigara kokuyo, bozuk televizyon, yetersiz kahvaltı,kötü bir klima hemde manuel ve bunlara oranla yüksek fiyat. Kesinlikle başka otel tercih edin. Benle birlikte 6 kişi kaldı hepside şikayetçiydi. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Kendinize değer veriyorsanız bu otelden uzak durun pardon otel dedim, otel dışında her şeye benziyor. Bu otel nasıl 4 yıldız almış hayretler içindeyim.

every thing....service is first class, the food number one, rooms and bathrooms spacious, design of the rooms and breakfast room and lounges all superb, interesting art throughout the hotel and of course beautiful people who love their work. one of the best hotels i have stayed in and i will return. Denizli cok gozel!!!!

Only stayed here one night , as passing through. Hotel very clean ,welcoming and ideal as it had a Carpark, free breakfast which was of good standard. Beds were very hard and woke with aching bones :

Disappointing
Overall, this was a disappointing stay as I had expected better. Checking in was fine - my car was valet-parked and the receptionist was efficient but not particularly welcoming. The room was a good size and appeared clean, but we had an issue whereby the lights and other electrics kept switching themselves off (and on again) every few minutes.I immediately reported this to reception who suggested they would report it to maintenance in the morning - of course this wasn't acceptable and I agreed to the suggestion to move to an alternative room ... meantime the bell boy came to investigate and phoned to confirm the problem to reception, but we were not provided with a different room ... instead the key card was deemed to be faulty, was changed and inserted into the reader,and we were instructed not to remove it. We also found that wifi connectivity was poor. Breakfast was okay, although items that should have been hot were merely warm; the selection was diminished (presumably as we arrived towards the end of service); and items were cleared away promptly without asking if we wished to make final selections. Not a good neighborhood; indifferent service; poor value-for-money; would not stay here again.

Great place to stay
We had a 12 day trip to Turkey and during our stay, this was on of the Hotel we stayed in during the trip. It was definitely a great place with good staff and service. Location of hotel was also very convenient, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend other to stay here.

The hotel is nice but the service was terrible receiptionist were so bad and didn’t know what they were doing I needed to ask question I came down I saw they were sleeping. Breakfast service was really bad we had to wait too long to get a Tea and one day they didn’t clean our room really bad service I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I won’t go there any more I am really dissapointent.

An excellent example of MBWA (Management by walking around). We are on a long motorcycle tour #motorbiketouruk2iran and this is the best hotel we have stayed in so far. From the moment we arrived it was clear that this is a well managed hotel, any unusual issue, such as what to do with two big Harley Davidson bikes were resolved immediately and efficiently. The receptionist had excellent English and fantastic customer friendly attitude. We enjoyed the buffet and had an good night sleep, ready for another long day riding. If you are a young manager and want to observe the power of MBWA come and stay here one night and watch the boss (Mehmet Firincioglu) walking around making sure everything runs soothly, building rapport with customers and .... This is how every business should be managed

A very "warm" stay
Very clean. Very friendly staff. Food is tasty. Good breakfast buffet. A little too warm for my taste. Impossible to be cold in rooms.

Best Hotel in Denizli
Mu second time stayed at this hotel, their service & hospitality standart very well managed. Strategic location, and the best part was we did the check in early (around 10-11 am) and they just gave me the room key without aksing any extra charge. Thanks

Worst Mattress ever.
What is the most important thing at a hotel? Comfort. We had the best room in the hotel and had to ask if we could switch rooms after one night it hurt so bad to sleep on the bed. We were told all mattresses were the same. So we drove down the road and booked a new hotel that had a foam mattress. I had give up two nights non-refundable, but other hotel was so much better and we could sleep. TV didn't work in the room. Hallways are dimly lit. They don't keep the lights on in most of the hotel during the day and makes it really dim and not very welcoming. Beds did not have comforters either, had to ask staff to bring one. They said they normally just provide a sheet this time of year. Weird. Staff was nice, but this kind of stuff boils down to the owner not spending money to make things nice for customer. This hotel is cutting corners to save money, but saying they are a 4 star hotel. Swimming pool area was depressing also, you take the elevator to the lower level that has a lot of tables that are covered in dust, then you go outside to just a few pool chairs.

About 15 drive to pamukkale itself, staff were so friendly and hospitable, really did whatever they could to help out, the managment team were extremely friendly and helpful, great place for families as it's quiet cosy. Would define stay again.
