Great place
The hotel is amazing. The owner (?) Mr. Hakan is very friendly and helpful. Parking is available at hotel and there were plenty of food options nearby. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

The rooms are wonderful. The owner Mr. Hakan was very friendly and helpful. He helped us get a good deal for hot air balloon and has given us good information on the area. The breakfast was also good. The location is just right across pamukalle and has various food options. Great hotel!

We arrived early to this hotel so they welcomed us and found parking for our car . We walked to the Pamukkale mountain which was very close to the hotel . The room was ready for us in the afternoon it was spacious, clean with air condition and fridge. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast starts early at 8 and was a verity of food and delicious. The price was more convenient than other hotels in the same area. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel

Clean & convenient family owned hotel very close to Pamukkale Travertines. Hakan was very informative & helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends & family.

Unfortunately the smell from the bathroom forced us to change rooms and was still a problem, although slightly better in the second room. Even though the managers were very nice and friendly it was not a pleasant experience.

Gracious host in a clean, quiet family run hotel. Easy walking distance to the travertine walk and many places to eat. Spartan room furnishings with a common terrace overlooking a small pool. Nice local breakfast provided. Would stay there again

I have stayed here previously, and would stay here again. The location is great, rooms are clean but most importantly the family that run it are amazing. They are all about making you feel at home and offering fantastic service. We departed and half hour out on a small back road we got a fly tyre, we couldn’t get a response from Avis so I called Hotel Alida and he immediately arranged for someone to come and help us. They are truly caring people. Highly highly recommend.

Disappointed not to be able to use the pool due to mould and dirty grouting - chemicals obviously not being used properly and total disregard for health of patrons. Selection of breakfast items was very good. Despite the condition of the rooms the cleaner did her best with what she had to work with.

Fantastic hotel for popping to the salt pools and witnessing the hot air balloons taking flight early in the morning. Nice, genuine and helpful owners, always available for advice and help.

Friendly staff and good sedvice
Perfect location - just in front of Pamukkale main entrance. The owner and staff are very friendly and try their best for a perfect stay. Although not a luxury hotel, the room was very clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The air-conditioning and the fridge were both working, which was not the case in the 5 star hotel we spent the bigger part of our vacation. We had very good breakfast in the morning.

The hotel was really nice! Check in was easy and the location can’t be beat. We woke up to hot air balloons rising around us. So amazing. Breakfast was really great too. The pool was clear and beautiful but we didn’t get a chance to try it because we were in town for such a short time.

We loved the proximity to the Pamukkale travertines and the spectacular view we had from our room. They went out of their way to accommodate us for an early breakfast because we had an early flight out of Denizli that morning. The fresh squeezed pomegranate juice was the best offering after a busy day of traveling.

Great location, ok accommodation
Our stay was ok for one night. I find it unusual not to have a top sheet or a blanket /quilt with a cover, instead there is a light blanket as the top cover. Breakfast was ok; there is a fantastic view to the terraces with hot air balloons floating above. It is also an excellent starting point to walk from the bottom of the terraces, approx 200m to the entrance gate. Hosts at reception were nice

We were there for 1 night with my wife, and we didn't like being there at all, and it is really overpriced. Pros: - It is near the mountain. Cons: - Rooms are dirty. We noticed a used cigarette in a room (we don't smoke and there's even label "don't smoke", funny). - Fake photos of the rooms. Don't look at Alida Hotel's room photos, because they were made many years ago. Reality is completely different. Rooms look like in an old hotel. - Staff. It is a subjective opinion, but when I first write to staff to ask a question I expect simple “Hi” and “Thank you”/”You are welcome”/”Have a nice day”. There was no anything like that. - Staff didn’t allow us to stay until evening, though there were not many people in the hotel. As they said, checking out is at 11:30. We came to the hotel at 19:00 and you can’t allow us to check out at 19:00 the next day? And you require payment for all the 24 hours (50$). I think it’s not fair. You didn’t even suggest to stay 1 more hour or anything, staff don’t care. - Overpriced. We chose one of the most expensive hotel in the city. The cost was 50$ for 1 night. It is the nearest hotel to the mountain. And we expected something, you know, really good. But it is a simple old hotel with old bad dirty rooms. I wouldn’t pay them more than 20$ if I could choose again. The only plus is a hotel near to the mountain and that’s why they ask so high price. I highly recommend NOT staying in this hotel.

Good value for the price. Room was basic but had everything we needed. Pool was clean, great location and staff were very helpful. You can see the hot air balloons from your room. Breakfast was good. Also - The man at the parking lot next door will drive you up the hill to the top of the thermal pools for a small fee if you’re too hot to walk :)

Room was large and clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Reception was friendly and spoke very good English. Walking distance to Travertine site. Few minutes walk to shuttle bus to Denizli Bus Terminal
