Tried to get an extra 40.00 dollars for checking in early, even though the room was ready, then after 12:00 had to pay an extra 20.00, and I was booked for the whole week, hmmm. Fitness room needs work. Furniture a little rough around the edges. The cleaning and turndown staff were very good. Kudos to them.

The property is a bit dated but is being redone this May. It is a great location. You are in walking distance to fantastic bars, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Will definitely return!!

Barely 2 words from the front person checking us in. I had to ask all the questions. Was not told I needed a parking pass. After looking at other cars and noticed parking passes, I went to the front office and asked for one. They knew I was parking and was charged also during check in. The lack of customer service at the front office was pretty obvious..fridge in the room not plugged in therefore we couldn’t get it cold fast enough to use it.
